Who we are

I have been devoting myself to the growth of people and organizations for more than twenty years with method, passion and innovation, led by a wish to facilitate effective empowerment processes.

I had the opportunity to work with customers from different organizational cultures and business industries, with both multinational and national companies, and in the public sector, for the development of managers, leaders and teams.

In 2007 I co-founded In Action, thanks to the productive and solid collaboration with my partner Antonella Romano.

I work with LUISS University in Rome, teaching in the “soft skill” course for the advanced degree programs. I am a trainer at the Business School del Sole 24 and in the ELIS “Front office Manager” Master.

Since 2004 I am a professional coach, associated with the International Coach Federation and accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach).
I am a trainer registered in Italy with the AIF registry of professional trainers.

I have a degree in Political Sciences from the Università LUISS in Rome, I have a Master’s Degree in Corporate Coaching (Corporate Coach U) and the Human Element Phase 1 Firo Program certification.
I have co-authored the book “Costruire la comunicazione organizzativa – Il Progetto Formativo del Ministero delle Politiche agricole, alimentari e forestali – Vv.Aa., Rubettino Editore 2010.

“Less is more”

For more than 20 years I have been finding solutions for facilitating this process, supporting openness, autonomy and responsibility.

I had the chance to design and introduce the main human resources management processes and to create development paths for leadership for national and multinational companies, as well as for the public sector.

In 2007, I co-founded In Action, a coaching and training company, thanks to a productive and solid collaboration with my partner Monica Vitamore.

I work in the Master’s programs of the Business School del Sole24ore on the subject of soft skills, management skills and selections. I teach at LUISS University in Rome, in the “soft skill” course for the advanced degree programs.
I have a degree in Political Sciences from LUISS in Rome, with a Master’s degree in Corporate Coaching (CCUItalia) and the Human Element Phase 1 Firo Program certification. My association to ICF dates back to 2004, I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and a trainer registered in Italy with the AIF registry of professional trainers.

In these years, I have gained substantial experience in the field of training and organizational consulting.

In particular, I have worked with projects in the following areas: development of managerial skills, Management of Motivation, management of change, negotiation and conflict resolution.

I have attended training courses related to the subjects of interpersonal communication, management of emotions, team building and team work. An experience with the commercial networks inspired me to explore the sales and negotiation techniques and the organization of a network’s selling methods.

I graduated in clinical Psychology, and I am also a psychotherapist and put my experience at the service of the class, both in the planning stage and in the training management stage.

I firmly believe that innovation is an experiment of social, cultural and emotional learning.

This is why I use learning by playing, an approach promoting cooperation, participation and the shared creation of training courses.

I am a company trainer and I teach Startup Design and Personal Digital Fabrication at LUISS University in Rome.

Since 2015 I am a Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology. I design and facilitate training courses (workshops, company hackathons, co-design labs, focus groups) to support companies in their Digital Transformation process towards a “service oriented and human-centered” approach.

By means of agile and iterative methodologies, inspired by Design Thinking and Serious Play, I provide hands-on cognitive and planning tools, generating creative solutions for the complexity of business issues.

The main areas of intervention involve: Digital Transformation, Open Innovation, Business and Strategy Design.

I am a trainer and a coach for professionals who would like to improve their communication skills and explore their own potential and resources, in order to achieve personal and professional goals.

As a trainer in public speaking and web training trainer, I support managers and professionals in the presentation and writing of effective speeches and in the creation of web contents, cooperating with companies and agencies for training projects.

I have a degree in Modern Letters, I have nurtured my passion for writing specializing in Publishing at the LUISS Writing School and I have started a training course as a tutor and trainer for public speaking courses at LUISS, cooperating in the organization and teaching in university courses, Master’s and training for managers.

I have been editor-in-chief for six years with the Cure-Naturali.it and Crescita-Personale.it portals, and thanks to this experience I have developed skills related to web writing and content optimization.

After obtaining my Training for coaching ACSTH – ICF validated degree “Bootcamp – Fase 1 Corso di Alta Formazione al Coaching Professionale” at Fedro Training & Coaching, my next goal is to became an ICF – validated coach.
